How It Started

At my lowest point, I experienced considerable stress and had difficulty managing it. To cope with the situation, I overate and binged on a host of negative behaviours. My relationship with food was unhealthy, and none of my habits supported the body or life that I wanted.

Today, I know what to eat and how to manage my stress. I am able to take the necessary steps to support the life that I want. Having gone through the ups and downs associated with bingeing on negative behaviours, I am able to recognize how to help others overcome the same problem.

After eight years of working with clients who struggled with binge eating, I developed Beyond the Binge after identifying other bingeing behaviours that were often overlooked. I discovered that when my clients overcame all forms of bingeing, they experienced a drastic improvement in their quality of life--their mental health improved, they lost weight and had more energy, their productivity soared, were more present with family members, and achieved other life goals.

I have created an online community and a program designed to guide you from being stuck in ruts on your own to overcoming bingeing and dropping weight once and for all.
